Dust + clean inside boat
Reorganize items stashed away in May
Clean + polish radar dome- polish stainless – untie wind generator
Reinstall lines for sails, preventers, lazy jacks, flag pulleys -hoist Annie up mast as the messenger line fell outWash + paint behind companionway
Replace battery water
Pickup life raft – start the installationFill holes then replace snaps for dodger
Paint cabinets in galley
Clean stainless – put up dodger + Bimini
Wash deck – admire polishing done by Perfect Finishes
Clean lazarette
Hide out of the midday sun in air-conditioned apartment
average temperature 90F- sometimes even in the boat
Spend morning looking for shelf liner that I had just saw the other dayPrepare galley
Bring out cockpit cushionsTake cold showers
Admire new refrigeration freezer covers – but they still need modification – do you notice what is next to the freezer?
Go food shopping – unpack it – put it all away Wash fruits + vegetables
Wash + polish stove – Hang grill on rail
Clean bilge
Uncover bed + prepare to move on boat
Rewire Radio for iPod
Store travel bags
Launch Little Wing
Have dinner with friends
Put main sail up – consider how new rain catcher will attach to sail cover
Watch the fish swim by
Hoist dinghy off boat – clean dinghy-clean cover – put lines in davits – hoist dingy out of oily water
Clean Port Screens + install after loosening screws
Getting there
This boat has been a bit too long on the hard
Now all we need is for our barrel to arrive
